The Problem

HR teams have no single view of what skills exist across their organization, where the gaps are, or how to close them. Skill data lives in spreadsheets, resumes, and people’s heads.

What I Built

A centralized skill management platform — employees maintain skill profiles, managers get analytics on team capability, and an LLM recommendation engine suggests learning paths based on role requirements and skill gaps.
